Camp Schedule

At Block-2-Block, we promote a culture of learning from check-in to check-out. As part of this culture, players will be taught (in a variety of ways) the ins and outs of how to be an effective post player. These training methods are organized in such a way that we can get the most learning possible out of each day. Some sessions will be mentally challenging, some will be physically demanding, most will be a combination of both. By the end of camp, the goal is for each player to have learned a significant amount about post play and how to properly work on their game to be successful from block to block. A typical camp day will include;

  • Post Skills Warmup (Hands & Feet)

  • Breakdown Session 1

    • On the court training

  • Breakdown Session 2

  • Short Break (Snack if needed)
  • Breakdown Session 3
    • Video / Lecture
    • On the court training

  • Agility Session (Getting The Goofy Out)
